Our habitat team has spent countless hours surveying every acre of Huron County terrain — cutting timber to create bedding cover, carving roadways through thick timber, and planting food sources that hold deer year-round.
The result is a property that doesn't just attract deer — it grows them. Mature bucks with heavy mass and wide spreads. A herd with the genetics and age structure that most hunters only dream about.
The terrain here is unlike anything else in the region. Hardwoods, pines thick swamp edges, and open fields create a natural funnel system that puts deer on their feet and in front of your stand.
